All bookings must be made in advance through the authorized platforms.
Payments are required at the time of booking to confirm your session or participation.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit (see Refund Policy).
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, at Shivalik Dharohar's discretion.
Participants are expected to respect the space, facilitators, and fellow attendees. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session or retreat without refund.
Shivalik Dharohar offerings are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
